First Time Booking?

What to bring & know before your class.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows a full range of movement.
Grip socks are required to take part in a class. You can purchase a pair in the studio for £8 if you don’t already have some.
Arrive a few minutes early for your first session so we can get you settled in.
