When you book a class or membership through the “Book Now” page, the booking widget is provided by a third party, Glofox, embedded directly on our site. Any information you enter there, including your name, email, phone number, and payment details, is sent directly to Glofox and is not seen, collected, or stored by this website. Glofox acts as an independent data controller/processor for that information and handles payment card data under its own PCI-DSS-compliant systems; we never receive or store your card details. Glofox may also set cookies to run the booking widget and remember your session. See Glofox’s own privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.
The contact form on this site does not submit to a server. When you press “Send Message”, your device opens your own email app with the message pre-filled, addressed to info@realreformer.co.uk. Nothing is transmitted to or stored by this website itself. The email is sent directly from your email account to ours, the same as if you’d written it yourself.
Buttons marked WhatsApp open a chat with our number pre-filled; buttons marked Instagram open our Instagram profile. Any conversation that follows is subject to WhatsApp’s or Instagram’s own privacy policy and takes place directly between you and the studio.
